Book of Demands
In October 2005 some 100 young
people and civil servants from the UBC countries met at a youth conference
in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The conference "Young and active in the Baltic Sea
Region" resulted in a "Book of Demands", which has been sent to local
politicians in the UBC cities. The book is also used as a base for the
Commission's work in 2006-07.
