Book of Possibilities
In September 2007 some 100 young people and civil servants from the UBC countries met at a youth conference in Pärnu, Estonia.
The conference will result in a new book – Book of Possibilites – as a continution of the previous book – Book of Demands from the conference in Vilnius in 2005. The Book of Possibilites will be launched in spring 2008.
Book of Demands
In October 2005 some 100 young people and civil servants from the UBC countries met at a youth conference in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The conference “Young and active in the Baltic Sea Region” resulted in a “Book of Demands”, which has been sent to local politicians in the UBC cities. The book is also used as a base for the Commission’s work in 2006-07.
