For the forth time young people and civil servants all over the Baltic Sea Region are getting together to discuss the past, present and most of all the future of the Baltic Sea Region.
On 22nd – 25th of September 2009 the city of Kristiansand in South- Norway hosted the fourth UBC Youth Conference. Those days were full of different workshops on environment and lifestyle influence on it, economy, different cultures and beliefs, EU different possibilities for youth and many other topics concerning youth in Europe and in the Baltic Sea Region.
In addition to workshops there was a side programme with treasure hunt, barbecue dinner on an island and good bye party in a form of prom night.
