Open Commission meeting in Rostock 26-28th of October 2010

Second Commission meeting of this year will be held in Rostock October 26-28th 2010. More information in August.

City of Liepaja is Vice-Chair of CoYi

During the Youth Conference 2009 in Kristiansand, Norway, the Vice-Chair position was passed from Kalmar, Sweden to Liepaja, Latvia.  Liepaja is eager to develop and promote youth issues in the Baltic Sea Region. They have been participating actively in the Commission’ s work already and have some great success stories of their own youth work. They will have Vice-Chair position for 2010-2011.

Book of Possibilities

In September 2007 some 100 young people and civil servants from the UBC countries met at a youth conference in Pärnu, Estonia.
